We welcome current volunteers and anyone thinking about becoming a volunteer to come along to find out what’s going on, meet our founders and other wonderful volunteers.

We’ve decided to take a lighter, more social approach this month, but still with important stuff on the agenda, and an opportunity for YOU to have your say. Good food will be available for those who also might like to eat there, nice beers to help get over Mondayitis ;p And the clincher – anyone who comes to the meeting can share in a bit of a discount.
The February meeting was great - we discussed the finer details of the construction of the bamboo roof at our Indian clinic.
Volunteer roles needed
Collector volunteers
We now have team of TH members who have committed to collecting (together it is fun) – once a month, on Friday, in Bourke Street mall…with our can-do co-founder Tom.
Please do put your hand up if you’re willing to be in it. We could use the support.
We are always in need of extra street collectors to volunteer their time to help raise funds. A day of street collecting earns you:
- a yearly public membership
- active input into our project development
- ‘donation’ entry to our events.

Clinic volunteers
Recruiting has begun for volunteers who would like to work at our Indian clinic from January 2011. You can stay as long as you want – one week or 6 months, it’s up to you.
Positions are available for:
- Clinic staff
- Educators
- Green thumbs
- Practitioners
